Return Window
You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return Process
To initiate a return, do not send any items back directly.
Instead, contact us at support@phytoceutics.com. Our team will:

Provide a return shipping label (if your return is accepted)

Share instructions on how and where to return your item
Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

Items must be in their original packaging with tags intact

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

At this time, we only accept returns of complete orders, not partial returns
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@phytoceutics.com if:

There is any issue with your order

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
If you would like a different product, please contact us.
Once your return is approved and received, we will assist you with the next steps for a replacement or new order.
European Union Customers
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, under EU law.
The item must still meet our standard return conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:
