Information	Details
Recommended Use	Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1 sachet per day with or without food. Do not exceed the maximum recommended dosage of 1 sachet per day. Each sachet should be mixed with at least 250 ml of water or juice and may be added to a smoothie or nutrition shake. Quinolone or tetracycline antibiotics, gabapentin, or bisphosphonates should be taken at least 2 hours before or 4 to 6 hours after Biomax® Magnesium. Not recommended for children younger than 12 years.
